If you discover that, for any reason, you don't want to keep the watch, contact our Customer Service department by phone or email and you will receive return instructions for your watch.

Return the watch with an insured and trackable service (such as FedEx or UPS), upon arrival we'll inspect the watch to process your request. When a refund is issued, you will receive your full purchase amount minus the shipping fees.
